Via The Mercury… LESS than two weeks ago, Clive Rose was unable to help his club side Kingborough chase down 114 against South Hobart-Sandy Bay in a Twenty20 match, with the Knights falling two runs short. On Tuesday he finally fulfilled every cricketer’s dream in hitting the winning runs for Tasmania against Queensland in a Ryobi Cup thriller. And he did it in style.
